I've spent the majority of my life unhappy with how I look. It's something that seems inevitable but today, at the ripe old age of 36 1/2 I can say fairly confidently that this is me, I love me, and even though I can always get in better shape the real goal should be a happy life.
That said, there's something really unnerving to the self esteem when you take a shower with an audience.
