As Seen On TV: Steph’s Surefire Weight Loss Tip of the Day

For the past few months, Jay and I have been focusing on living healthier lives. We are eating better, getting more exercise, and trying to involve the kids in both of those when we can. Overall, things are going well, but last night I found a way to lose 5 lbs INSTANTLY. I’d love to share it with all of you right so you can enjoy the benefits of weight loss too!

Step 1: Weigh yourself on your scale (preferably one that is at least 7 years old) and document the number
Step 2: Go to the store
Step 3: Buy a new scale
Step 4: Go home and set up your new scale
Step 5: Weigh yourself on your new scale and document the number
Step 6: Compare the two weights from the two scales
Step 7: Throw your old crappy scale away and enjoy being 5 lbs lighter than you were this morning.
